We are seeking individuals who possess a profound passion and unwavering dedication to fostering a love for the English language. Job Requirements:

Minimum requirement: Bachelor's degree in English, Applied Linguistics, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.

Prior teaching experience in English as a Second Language (ESL) or English as a Foreign Language (EFL), preferably in university settings.

Exceptional command over the English language, encompassing both oral and written proficiency.

Proficiency in employing effective teaching methodologies and utilizing resources for language instruction- Profound ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with the Skillful British System is an advantage

Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.

Responsibilities:

Conducting English language classes for students enrolled in the Certificate and Diploma programs.

Deliver high-quality English language instruction to students enrolled in the Skillful British System.

Developing comprehensive lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to meet the diverse needs of learners.

Assessing and evaluating student progress through various means, such as tests, assignments, and presentations.

Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students, enabling them to enhance their language skills.

Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation.

Utilize technology and other educational resources to enhance the learning experience.

Collaborating with fellow educators ( Bakhtar Univerity faculty members) members to promote a cohesive and enriching learning environment.

Actively participating in professional development activities to refine teaching skills and stay abreast of the latest methodologies.

Stay updated on language teaching trends, methodologies, and best practices
