Bakhtar Journal of Management
The “Bakhtar Journal of Management” is an academic and interdisciplinary publication dedicated to advancing the theory, research and practice of management, economics and commerce. Our aim is to extend the body of knowledge on these domains, focusing on both the conventional and emerging areas of study. We invite research articles and reviews from scholars, educators, policymakers and industry practitioners from around the world.
The journal encompasses a wide array of research themes under the spectrum of management including but not limited to Strategic Management, Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, and Operations Management.
